This is example of how to create extension spaces of house without modifying existing house volume and footprint. Additional spaces to be built are playroom, a bedroom and storage. Unused space above the garage and a small, north end attic adjacent to an existing children’s bedroom become perfect place to create additional spaces required. The additional room carefully made in similar context of the existing house, the overall form and character. Space above the garage become playroom and storage, with leafy hardwood and expansive glazing, also tiny balcony. The playroom interior realy simple and feel spacious with wooden materials pattern. The children bedroom designed in blue color theme with expansive roof glass windows. Designed by El Dorado Studio (ELDO) Architects.
